Abandoned Sanatorium Paintball
A unique adventure at the abandoned TBC hospital from the 19th century
Hidden in the woods of magnificent mountain Medvednica with the view of whole Zagreb, Brestovec was once a famous hospital for tuberculosis. Back then it was believed that this horrific illness can be cured with fresh air, nutritious food and rest so that is why the hospital was built almost on top of the mountain. Over time, medicine developed and the purpose of the place was gone living it to time and nature to take over.
Today it is a ruin and a reminder of some forgotten times but still attracts visitors looking for adventure since it has become one of the most popular paintball locations.
SAFETY
Paintball players wear protective paintball mask that protects them from possible impact balls. When players play by the rules, the game is completely harmless. If you are a minor, you can play paintball with pre-filled form by a parent or guardian.
